About
Aleksandra Novik, DNP, FNP-C, is an Advanced Practice Nurse with Atlantic Brain and Spine, providing inpatient neurosurgical care at Overlook Medical Center and Morristown Medical Center. She works closely with the neurosurgical team to support patients undergoing evaluation, treatment, and recovery for complex neurological and spine conditions.
Ms. Novik brings a broad multidisciplinary background to her role, with clinical experience spanning neurosurgery, cardiology, vascular surgery, epilepsy and behavioral neurology, and hospital medicine. This diverse foundation allows her to contribute to the coordinated care of medically complex patients across inpatient and outpatient settings.
In addition to her clinical work, Ms. Novik has participated in research, quality improvement initiatives, and professional education, with regional and national presentations focused on cardiovascular care and the evolving role of advanced practice providers.
She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rutgers University School of Nursing and is nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Novik is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.
