A board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse First Assistant, Carl is revered for his expertise, extensive experience, and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional care. His journey to nursing leadership began with roles as a critical care nurse at Saint Joseph Hospital & Medical Center and Morristown Memorial Hospital, where his exemplary performance earned him the esteemed title of Critical Care Nurse of the Year.

Carl’s dedication to advancing nursing practice is evident through his active involvement in professional organizations – including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, New Jersey State Nurses Association, and Congress of Neurological Surgeons. He is also a prolific speaker, having presented more than a dozen lectures including multiple engagements at the American Association of Neurological Surgeons Annual Meeting.

Carl’s academic achievements include two Bachelor of Science degrees in Exercise Science and Nursing – along with a Master’s Degree in Nursing – all obtained from William Paterson University.
